Early Morning Flight

Posted by William Burnham on December 12, 2016

“Early Morning Flight”    Every time I’ve driven by the airport, I’ve always admired this DC3. This one morning, just as the sun was coming up over the tree line, I caught this image which I couldn’t wait to paint.

First Snow

“First Snow”    This barn, located in West Barnstable, has always inspired me to capture it. Of course, add a little snow and it’s a must for the canvas.

“Your Chair Awaits”    This scene was so inviting I just had to capture it. I think everyone wants to be sitting there.

Nauset Sunset

Posted by William Burnham on

“Nauset Sunset”  I’ve always loved the beauty of waves on the shoreline. Even thought the sunset was actually off to the left, I wanted to capture the subtle beauty of the waves reflecting bits of the sunset’s color. There are so many different colors in the water as it gets closer to the shore.
